SilverSneakers signature group exercise classes are multi-level and equipment-based. They are designed to be appropriate for both sedentary and active Medicare-eligible individuals, and welcome persons of all skill levels and abilities while fostering a safe and positive social atmosphere. The true goal of our class formats is to help participants to perform better and more confidently the necessary activities of daily living. We achieve this goal by targeting increases in muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. We do this by providing unique adult fitness programming to eligible health plan members nationwide.
